Animation is going very smoothly... approximately ~60% completed. After that comes sound mixing.... so keep on the lookout for updates. Looking at an x-mas time release (hopefully).

I lied. Destroyers Saga V is in production...

Having distanced myself from the Destroyers Saga I've had some time to collect my thoughts, analyze my efforts, and consider future projects. Today, I can announce for sure, The Destroyers Saga is complete.

When I first started Destroyers, I did not have a plan. I had the seeds of a story, a couple of characters half-constructed, and a vision of a 7-10 episode arc. This was a big project to embark on, especially in comparison to my previous efforts. Producing fantasy/action flashes brought a lot more to the table than I expected. And if the attention to detail wasn't hard enough, keeping track of the big picture was even tougher.

Having the experience of Destroyers under my belt will ultimately help in more mature projects down the line. It helped fine tune my animation style, refine my voice acting, and solidify the editing process. It also introduced me to some very talented voice actors here in the Newgrounds community who each personally made Destroyers just a little bit better.

All of this leads me to announce my new project, a series tentatively titled "Z-10", a very mature and surreal science fiction tale. I can't say much more now, but if you're interested, I've uploaded a preview/prototype here.

So Destroyers Saga IV is pretty much done (yay!). Waiting on a couple of lines to come in but I'll try and have it up next week..

Principal animation should be done by the end of this week! Now comes the grueling sound mixing process which may take upwards of a month... Be patient! It'll be worth it!

I finally finished the last rewrite on the script (so if the voice actors are reading this I'll be contacting you very soon) and the animation process will be on full throttle from here on out. My goal for this episode (like all the others) is to make it better than the one before it. I'm paying particular attention to clean animation (consistent character models, smooth cuts, etc) and to real personality in the characters. No doubt this will be the most mature, well-put-together TDS to date.

I may also be looking for a new voice actor to play the leader of the Destroyers so hit me up if its something you'd be interested in.

As usual, keep on the lookout for more updates. I'm going to do my best to make this one great!
